RATES

May – October (Low Season):
$500 a day for 2 guests
$650 a day for 3-10 guests.

November – April (High Season):
$750 a day for 2 guests
$875 a day for 3-10 guests.

Holiday (2 weeks around Christmas and New Year’s) $9500 a week.

50% deposit is required to hold the booking.
Full refund will be honored for cancellations more than 90 days from date of stay.
If cancellation happens inside of 90 days, 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations inside of 30 days, deposit is forfeited.

Rates include maid service.

Staff is available for cooking and serving meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), for a charge of $10 USD per day per person. The charge includes all meals per day.

You pay for the ingredients.

Please remember to tip them for their service.
